Yes. You must have either a Laptop or Deskop with a decent internet speed.
There will be recorded sessions, because everyone is busy. whether thy are students (in college), working professionals (in office), Mentor, Developers and you and us also, this increases the flexibility of the program and lets everyone work according to their condition and time schedule without any compulsion.
Reason for recorded sessions
Earlier we used to give Live Classes to all the candidates where some used to be intelligent and actively participated in the session while some being submissive and introvert used to hesitate and remain silent. Plus, we also found different-2 people used to bunk the sessions, then used to come on their own and asked for recording of that session, so Management decided to convert the whole program as recorded sessions.
In January 2024, we introduced ‘Andie’, a 24×7 AI-powered assistant to help you with all your coding-related queries. Andie can check and debug code, generate new code, and even build entire projects for you.
This feature is exclusively available to registered candidates through their Task Portal.
Since mentors cannot be available 24/7, Andie was developed to bridge the gap. Located at the bottom-left corner of every module, this Full Stack Developer Bot is capable of writing, reviewing, and troubleshooting code anytime, ensuring you get instant solutions to your coding challenges, day or night.
This internship cum training opportunity is designed in such a way as from fresher to a professional anyone can get benefit out of it, The opportunity is divided into 15+ modules, and every Module contains 15-20 small tasks plus 1 project (in the last) based upon what you have learnt in that particular module. The complexity and practicality of your modules and projects will gradually increase, Timing is flexible, schedule yours accordingly. After completing every project given in the modules, Submit within the deadlines.
A major part of this program contains a training part, however we have many projects (2 Major, 15 Minor and many practice projects) and many internal and external resources to sharpen the skills of the candidates. It is a self paced program, Training and internships will go simultaneously. After every Module, there will be a project related to it (may it be a minor, major or practice project)
We have 20+ projects to provide hands on Experience and sharpen the skills of the Interns.
About Paid Projects_
Paid projects will be provided to the interns on two basis
1) The assignments/projects, which all students sends goes directly to our USA team. they evaluate all of them and create a kind of ranking sheet based upon some factors like quality, accuracy, deadline met etc. They keep this list with them for future paid projects.
2) The availability and number of the projects available.
Skills: No Special skills are required. Hoever Having a knowledege of HTML, CSS and Javascript is a plus.
Educational Qualtification: Any Graduate, B.E., B.Tech. will pe preferred (All years)
Any Other Criteria: No Special Criteria is decided, we do not discriminate by Age, Race Gender, Color, Country or any other parameters.
Timings are Flexible, you can complete your module in whatever time you get out of your daily busy schedule, since we do have both the students and working professionals on our platform and everyone has their own free time, so after a great effort our team has designed this program in such a way that it could satisfy the need of all type of individuals.
The mode of working will be completely Remote(Online), so you can work at the ease of your home.
Every registered intern would have the full access to all its Training material and other resources forever, untill any new decision comes on it.
Yes.You will get proper training with 24×7 full coding support during your entire program.
Stipend is subjected to the Terms and Conditions of the firm, performance of the candidate and some other criteria set by our USA Team and the same shall be provided when we assign you a Real client’s project/ Live project/ Stipend task etc. which is subjected to number of the candidates and availability of the projects. you may get it during the program or even after the completion. The range of the stipend may vary from 8000 – 18000/-INR ($99 – $219) or even More.
Kindly note that we hire from our own trained interns as per the directions of our headquarters. (as and when needed) Hiring is subjected to the number of projects and positions available at a given time -either with us or with our partners or clients and also subjected to terms and conditions of corporate Web Solutions.
Our headquarters in the USA actively tracks candidate’s performance and maintains a record for future hiring. When we have openings, we invite top-performing candidates for online screening/interviews, ranked by performance and available positions. Additionally, we receive regular updates about job openings from our clients and partners. While we’ll notify you of these opportunities, you’ll need to follow each hiring process as per their protocols.
After completing the program, you’ll also gain access to our ‘Jobs from Partners’ section, where we regularly post job opportunities shared by our partners. This ensures you have multiple job avenues, even if you miss notifications from us or encounter email issues. Our goal is to connect you with as many placement options as possible to support your career growth.
When you register, Every Certificate is automatically created and Auto Scheduled to be delivered on your registered email to a future date, means when your program duration is ending, (e.g. if your register for a 1-month program on 1-Jan-2019, you will receive your certificate on 1-Feb-2019) Note: In case of weekends/holidays it can take 24-48 hrs extra to be delivered it on your mail.
As LOR stands for Letter of Recommendation which is pretty much self-explanatory in itself, given upon an exceptional performance on accomplishing certain parameters set by our USA Team who designed this program for all, so not each and everyone gets it, however you can request one manually to the HR or Admin in some cases if you need it. One such example is ‘If you are going to Abroad for Higher Studies or job.’
