Stipend Criteria

  1. Eligibility Based on Duration

    • Stipends are applicable only for internship programs with a minimum duration of 3 months or more.

    • For internship tenures of less than 3 months (e.g., 1-month or 2-month internships), no stipend will be applicable, as these are considered short-term training and implementation periods.

  2. Performance & Project Completion

    • Stipends are performance-based and depend on the successful completion of assigned project tasks and client deliverables.

    • If the project work is incomplete, delayed, or requires additional revisions as per client feedback, stipend disbursement may be held until satisfactory completion.

  3. Team & Client Evaluation

    • The intern’s contribution will be evaluated by the project mentor/team lead.

    • Final approval for stipend release will depend on client satisfaction and the overall quality of work delivered by the intern.

  4. Stipend is Not Guaranteed

    • Stipends are not guaranteed and are subject to the conditions mentioned above.

    • Only interns who meet the minimum tenure requirement (3 months or more) and successfully complete their project responsibilities will be eligible.

  5. Goodwill Refunds (Special Cases)

    • In rare cases where confusion or miscommunication arises, the company may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund of the one-time registration fee as a goodwill gesture.
